Frank, I agree with the management that the stock is severely under-valued. (I have been looking for price of ten for a while.) However, there are some legitimate concerns about the company. One of them is the news release (back in July 1997 or so) that Degem would sell parts of all of its EDUSF shares. I have been disappointed that there has been no public follow-up to this news release. More than 1 year has passed. If Degem still entertains offers, it should make a statement. If it does not, it also owes us a notice. Uncertainty can only hurt investors' confidence. Can you relay the message to the management? I am holding my EDUSF shares tight.
