<<Witin my own expweriences, I dont find this to be true. It appears to me that if you talk to many different Christians(i.e, Catholics, Lutherans, Baptists, Protestants, Chritian Scientists, etc,) all study the Bible with faith and integrity, but come to different conclusions>>
Let us focus on what we agree on.
1. God loves you and has a plan for your life. 2. God sent his Son to die for our sins in order to reconcile us to Himself. 3. Salvation is from God and can only be accomplished through faith in this redemptive act of love. 4. Sin seperates us from God and we can only bridge that Gap by belief in his Son.
Are there any believers out there that would disagree with these statements or would have others they would add?
The truth of Christianity is what we agree on, the things that we argue about will seem silly in heaven IMHO. We are all responsible for what we believe and don't believe. I would also point out the Unitarians, (of which I was once one) have much more disagreement than Christians. I think it is important to remember that the Truth is always true requardless of what I think about it. It is true even if you do not believe it. If you know of a better point of reference than the Bible I would like to hear about it. In my search nothing holds up to it's wisdom and nothing works to change lives quite like it. I pray that you will open your heart to it's teaching so that we too may arque about it's finer points as brothers in Yeshua.
