" It is appalling that all of us are so fixated on this guy's infidelity."

i wouldn't feel so appalled if i were you. you sound kinda' preachy to me, anyway.

some of us are disgusted (if not fixated)with the man's ability to look into the camera (i.e. the american public)and lie like a damn snake. had he said, "my sex life is none of your damn business", i'd have applauded his candor. but the relative ease with which he switches from "i didn't" to "i did", and without changing expression or tone of voice, is disconcerting.

if you are of a mind that, " the world has a great deal of bigger issues with which we should all be focused on", i would submit to you that you have missed the frightening point, along with the fixated masses that appall you.

btw, i'm curious... you give me the impression that you think bill clinton is truthful in all other aspects of his presidency, but just not in his personal life. hmmmm. how many people do you know in your life who lie about one thing, but you trust them and have faith in them in other things? if your answer is "none", then why accept less from the leader of the nation?
