It appears to me that David issued the additional float. He certainly couldn't or wouldn't admit that cancelled shares were now in the float. He issued them to somebody and they've likely sold and there may now be additional illegal shares in the float.

If the shares were illegally dumped on the market, what ever happens now can't be good short term. If the additional shares were dumped by someone that David just issued them to we need to know the details because it was very destructive and may not be finished.

What else can explain a five fold increase in the float and the slaughter of the stock price? The only positive note I can offer is that it's likely now that the MM's are not short this stock.
