To all regarding authorized, outstanding and restricted shares: Well, the transfer agent seems to be not up to speed yet. The extra 10 million shares that they reported in the outstanding and restricted figures are from the financing deal that fell through. These shares according to both CFG and David Skinner Jr. have been cancelled. Therefore the corrected figures are. Authorized 50 million Outstanding 13 million (in round figures) Restricted 7.6 million (in round figures) I once again apologize for the bad information that I posted earlier.
