I disagree.

People were using float figures of half a million to a million shares...these figures were from 1997.

It seems reasonable to me that more shares had converted to the float since that time.

I'm not concerned about how many shares are in the float...
I am concerned how many shares are outstanding.

8 million shares is not a lot of shares outstanding.

So, we need to figure out if that 8 million figure includes the number of shares this disgruntled officer had cancelled on him.

If so, then it still is a case of MM's shorting this stock.

The past volume over the past two weeks should rocket an 8 million share stock. Period. Unless, MM's are shorting.

How many shares could an officer have anyway?....more than a million?

Doubtful.

Even if QTNT has 9 million OS, I'd still be happy buying at .18

Well I hope I'm not the only one calling Dave Taylor today...
