20.1 is the info I just received from Hawke Group and the company sent me there for info. The previous float quoted on WSW of 700,000 before FS was incorrect. The correct float was 200,000 before FS. Maybe this is where the 70mm is coming from. This is the explanation I received from Hawke Group today 954-564-7114. PK
