O/S shares as of 4/1/98 8 million
O/S shares per D. Taylor yesterday 8 million.

PS I talked to the SEC about a month ago and they told me that QTNT only did 1 small issue filing in 95-96 time period and if they had any additional shares to add to the O/S they would have to file again with the SEC, which at that time they hadn't.
