OK, The announcement that 15 countries are now initiated (12 actually launched) is a positive statement. It tells us that once again (just as in the plant being approved by end of June) that developments are running according to plan. We had been in the dark as to how things stood. It gives further credence that 23 countries by the end of the year is a realistic goal.

It is not however the kind of stuff to make the stock skyrocket. Give it a solid underpinning at 5 (which we would very much like to see) yes, but not KTEL stuff.

Short of a phenomenal announcement concerning gene theraphy or buyout (not likely at this point), we are looking for a slow steady uptrend to begin. We are probably stuck at 5 this week and maybe longer. If we made a climb to 7.5 by Sept options that would set us up for 10 on the earnings announcement in Oct. I've accepted that this is going to be a slow process. The only question is how slow.
