Yes, the float is relatively small, but insiders hold a lot of shares. As long as they don't dump, the stock will move up. I am only cautioning folks here since it surged some 1000% from a month ago. There are no financials. No body has seen their cigar vending machines (someone in Florida can verify this). Conflicting info on number of shares outstanding. Suspicious announcement of Internet commerce, perhaps to hype the stock. Reference to SEC filings (10-K) in the press release (safe-horbor statement) that don't exist. Very unusual 100:1 forward split. Buy it and profit. But be careful. - JC
