Here's another way to play Netscape. From the April 15 Barron's. The Times Mirror convertible stocks are called PEPS, have a 5 year life, and a dividend of 4% annually. Last Friday Netscape closed at 50 1/2, the PEPS at 44, something like a 13% discount. Seems like a good arbitrage play. Look under the ticker symbol TME, NYSE tables. Let me know if anyone has tried this route.
