There shouldn't be any problem at all. If you live close to the border, just drive over, there are no tarrifs that I know of (if you drive or have shipped). Just call IBM and ask them if you can get an Aptive with a 6x86 in it! They will probably ablige, and if they don't you bitch, whine and complain, ask to speak to the guys (or girls) manager and you'll have one before you know what to do with.
