What do we make of this. Management put up a little of their own money. Anybody else? Larson-Davis Incorporated Announces Stock Purchase by Executive Officers PROVO, Utah, Aug. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Larson-Davis Incorporated (Nasdaq: LDII) announced today that its executive officers have purchased shares of its common stock. President and CEO Andrew Bebbington has purchased 10,000 shares at $1 9/32, while COO Jeffrey Cohen has purchased an additional 5,000 shares at $1 1/4.
