David: Despite spending $40 million dollars and ruining several innocent peoples live Kenneth Starr according to the NY Times found nothing. That's not quite right. Even on the NBC Evening News last night they credited Starr with 19 indictments, 12 convictions, and 2 mistrials. $40 million is less than half of the federal funds pledged by Mr Clinton for air conditioners. (Anyone seen one yet?) RS
