Allen, SNIC has trendline resistance on the weekly chart around 11. That is the level to watch. A Fri. close above 11 would indicate the downtrend is over in this stock. WIND looks weak right now, trendless. It probably won't move until there is some news. Maybe the 28th will give us some impetus. Right now it is a hold.
