I agree that this is a good start. What are the dividends going to be on the preferred stock? Will we get more preferred stock in the future? We did take a really big hit with the reverse split. I think the company should compensate the shareholders that stuck with the company. How about changing the preferred offering date to before the reverse split so that we will get more shares? Just my thoughts let me know what everyone else thinks. Phil
