Mr. Cube: Mr. Pink would love to have a civil dialogue with you. Based on fundamentals, ACRT is overvalued for reasons He has enumerated in the past. Mr. Pink has been in this businessall His life and there are so many "smoking guns" here that it is ridiculous. He knows you do not want to here the reasons again, but here they are: 1) Use of unknown auditor 2) Amos' bankruptcy and escape from Israel 3) Stonkus' lawsuit charging fraud 4) Mitch's sleazy background 5) Harry Friedman's sleazy background with underwriter with "connections" 6) Insider dealings. 7) lack of wall st. coverage--wonder why? 8) Use of aggressive accounting criticized by Mr. Pink's auditor fo r being unconventional. 9) Unrealistic returns at new Forfaiting sub. etc. Mr. Pink can not tell you exactly when or how, but just like Exide, eventually the chickens will come home to roost. You may not like Mr. Pink and He may have made a few errors in ICBC, AHG, DOSE and a couple of other lemons, but His short picks have been good and have more than made up for the losses. He does know what He is talking about and you may take notice or ignore. Kindly, Mr. Pink
