Michael; Thanks for the info. The need for further equity financing was made very clear at the shareholders meeting, and previous equity financing was mentioned in passing. It was fairly obvious to me that they have not had a focused marketing plan. One problem is that their panel of medical tests is incomplete for the US market and needs to be completed before the system can expect to find a market. The management is fully aware of this fact (they brought it up), but I didn't hear a plan or timetable to develope the required tests. David
