Honey, I worked at HP for a few years. CYCH is going NOWHERE. This business is migrating to other places.

"IBM will market CyberCash's NetVERIFY", sorry guys. CYCH is only 1 choice for IBM channels. CYCH is more of a "consultant/developer". Besides, SET is in question. It may not be the future protocol. If that happens CYCH is out of business.

Also, CYCH solution is too proprietary. (i.e. you don't see other companies doing business with them).

What IBM, HP, NSCP, etc.. want are "tools" that help them develop custom solutions for their needs. These solutions will also need to be implemented with their CP/customer products. Larger companies usually shy away from providing 3rd party tools/solutions to their CP's (Channel Partners). Cost too much, needs external management (this is BAD), IT has little control if any.

And remember... it's a added expense and drag for CP's to deal with too many solution intergrators. When something happens or needs to be done, CP's don't want to deal with IBM AND CYCH. It's a pain in the ass. I know, HP Channel Partners requested that HP handle ALL of their needs. They didn't want to deal with multiple entities.
