BF, Joe is doing every thing possible to accomplish the sale by year end. He has indicated he would like to have a special meeting around the end of November to vote on the sale. I believe we will hear more on this issue after the closure of LOCUS and TWC. My best guess on the run rate at the time of sale will be close to $250 million. Best Regards
