The IPO. Mr. Benz was very optimistic about the IPO of Kaire International. Quite frankly, he lost me talking about 60 comments on the first presentation, then down to 8 comments, then a red herring prospectus to brokers, and things are going well and we should know very soon. I think they both have high hopes for the IPO coming out at $6.00 a share but one of them cautioned about the generally weak market. I interpreted that to mean a lower price. These gentlemen were mostly in agreement on things. Maybe someone can tell me about a red herring??
