All - take a look at CYBG over on Yahoo. Posts indicate a Mr. John Lumbard (a.k.a. Bill Wexler) is being sued by TAVA and investigated by the SEC for his libelous postings. Seuss - I'm assuming you're really Wexler posting in disguise and if so maybe we're finally rid of you. If not, you're next buddy - and I'm in the process of trying to make that happen. Oh, and Fatlady - posting of these types of lies and the pursuit and prosecution of the individuals involved is what I was talking about in my posting you so ignorantly missed on your blissful way to shorting nirvana. Happy with the company you keep?
