William - I'm sure there will be - but unless there are inditements (can't spell it), which are watertight i.e offering no defence, I can't see what the Congress can do. The timetable is against them. The fundraising thing, if an independent counsel is appointed, will run and run in through the next election and beyond just like Iran Contra - and IMHO will hurt Gore rather than Clinton - assuming he survives this one. NO MORE!! E
