What do you mean, "A reliable source in teh business,PERIOD"
What business? Disk drives, or broker? Just having fun with rumors, here, but wondering how much fun to have!?! Obviously, I'm not asking you to name your source, but how did he/she attain this "reliability", by being right on disk drives before, or right on Ampex specifically, or a good track record in hearing and passing along rumors that turn out to be true? As I recall, AOL has had its share of baseless rumors on AXC before re: contract announcements. Question is tho, is this rumor circulating the brokerage community, driving teh price up next week? AXC is probably going to take it's own sweet time announcing any contract, news releases hardly are able to escape that place! |
