>MS-DOS came after the PC had already been designed. Remember, MS did not have an OS until they bought that OS/86 from that Tom guy for $50,000. MS was not in the OS business until IBM gave them the contract. Bill was selling vaporware even back then hmmmm...but the first IBM PC ran PC-DOS, right? (I know it did, my customers bought a truck load of them.)
