One preferred share is convertible into 10 common shares on Sept 1 2003, but not to worry we are going to TRY and have them distributed in your account and up and trading Sept 5. (The key word is try) But never the less they will be trading in 30 to 45 days no mater what. There is alot of stuff going on reviewing records, record changes, and all sorts of small stuff that is time consuming, not a problem just time consuming. I think some of you are reading negative things into the PR, that really is not there, give it a little while and few press releases. TO A CERTAIN EXTENT YOU GUYS GOT OR WILL BE GETTING YOU HAVE ASKED FOR... but it would be irresponsible if we started announcing things that were only half finished. Right? The goal make this company the turn around story of the year... will it happen? Stay tuned. NYC Bound tonight. KAA
