We are rewarding these people for not getting the job done for
the shareholders. I would liked to see an extension on time frame
for the options. I also thought in a press release that Lon would
not challenge being replaced and would step aside with out a
golden parachute. I guess I will have to review the press releases
again.
If I ran my company this way the shareholders would hang me
and the board of directors.
