The market may be changing again, but this is a bit premature to make a call. The sentiment may be turning more positive and therefore the market may reward earnings surprises once again. DELL will be a good test case. Also DELL has announced another split. In a normal market, all this would help to impart upward momentum to the stock. IMO it takes a longer period of time than we have seen in order for the market to respond in a more "normal" and bullish fashion to such news events. Bob Graham
