Franco, though I'd agree with your post, how would you assess FDR's behavior or JFK's. What the hell happens in the country when you get a moral leader such as Carter and he is held in such low esteem while in office. This is a mystery to me but it seems the morally corrupt are more successful politicians. Congress ultimately judging the President is much like the AMA overseeing the conduct of doctors, the ABA checking up on the lawyers. Too many skeletons in the closet IMHO Gordon
