For those interested in the process of impeachment, Ann Coulter has just finished her book High Crimes and Misdemeanors - The Case Against Clinton. Coulter quotes Peter Rodino's paper on presidential impeachment (authored in part by Bernard Nussbaum and Hillary Rodham), in which is stated that the definition of High Crimes and Misdemeanors includes "scandalous behavior in a private capacity". Of course, the target was Nixon when that was written, and Miss Rodham argued that he should not be entitled to legal counsel while under investigation. My, my, how the tables have turned.
