Sonki, there are no news on WLA that I could find. The most recent news were the insider sales on August 14, but then, nearly all the big pharmas have insider sales. They DO have rather high P/Es. Would the recent WLA weakness be related to options expiry? If you look back on WLA's chart, periods of weakness/price sonsolidation after big run-ups are quite normal. BTW, LLY is quite strong recently.
