You know as well as I do that target can not be reguired to appear before a Grand Jury unless immunity is granted. Starr knows that also. He also knows that once the subpoena is issued, the target, Clinton, would again be severely attacked by the press and republicans. What good would it do for Clinton the remint the press that he not only did't have to appear under the subpeona, but that he could even ignore it and nothing could be done to him. No, It was carefully planed by Starr to cause severe critism to be launched against Clinto if he did not appear. I tell you folks, all things considered and in the interest of fairness and justice, This is a political whitch hunt, and all at a reported cost of over 40 million, but in real terms will probably cost well over 100 million hard tax dollars. Is that great wisdom. Is it what we send our tax dollars to Washington for? I think not.
