Absolutely under oath and under cross examination. The fact that I had opportunities and failed to exploit them also indicates that grown up people can exercise good judgment. Its a question of standards. When we fail to judge the conduct of others in places of respect and trust, we are doomed to accept the type of behavior Mr. Clinton has exhibited. JLA
