By the way, at first glance I agree entirely that the $1M seems a bit excessive. At least considering what we "KNOW" so far as the outcome from it. An earlier comment, I believe it was Patrick's, expressed concern over the company's ability to remain a going concern, I believe that those comments are directly related to the state of the company up to the time frame that the financial statement covers. I do NOT believe it pertains to the current state as at the date of the memo. I have not verified this, but believe it to be correct. Salut, Leigh McBain
