Here's a link to the comapany's 10Q and is it nasty.

Just some of the problems
1) They might be delisted.
2) Not expected to release thier "new revolutionary product" for 18 to 24 months"
3) Subtract out their one time licensing fees and their sales fell by 50%
4) LU and Bosch agreements screwed BBTK
