Looks like a last ditch effort on someones part to pick up cheap shares of this stock. This kind of talk, in the absence of facts always succeeds in further shaking out weakened shareholders. Someone is trying to get the wheels to come off, before the Intranet is announced as fully operational. (In the absence of news from the company, this is expected.)
