Ok,when I called KI today(after talking to Peter)I talked with Laura in HR to get whatever info I could get.I asked about the $6.00 per share and she said they were'nt sure yet.I asked about the date of the IPO and she said they were in the silent period right now.I said "ok...but didnt they give you some sort of a time line?"and she replied "well we're thinking it's going to be this month" hmmmmm...Theres not alot of days left in August....maybe she had some insight...we shall see
