I have to agree with you 100% Clark. "Suffering" is right. The biggest headshaker was buying the vibramill/grizzly/filter assemblies and using up all the cash without first testing out the recovery process to make it sure it works in the first place. And how can you build the front end of the mine when cash isn't in the bank for the middle and back ends of the mine. And how can you build the mine in the first place with it is known that you cannot mine 1000 tons or 2400 tons a day on a mere five acre exemption. So now the equipment is baking and depreciating in the hot desert sun. The ore reserves calculated to date have to be thrown out and a new drilling/assay program started from scratch. The company will have to apply to go beyond five acres if it wants 1000 or 2400 tons a day production. The COC pilot plant debacle will look like a attempt to engineer an outcome (i.e. scam) to outsiders, for the outward appearance is that the plant didn't work with the COC ore so they'll toss said ore, get new COC ore and keep trying until they get the intended results. No money means how can the company move forward? Not picking up permits means you don't need them because you have a problem and cannot proceed with tests that require permits.

Help, I need hope! Give me progress or give me pain!
