JPR An ordinary US citizen would not have been put through this ordeal. This is the only way they know how to destroy people once they get them in their legal clutches whether it is civil or legal litigation. You will find out once you get into their clusthces. And remember if you a rea foreigner making a lot of money in this country, the folks on the jury (mostly old, middle income, white) are not going to be sympthetic towards you. My dad used to say - Stay away from the 3-V's in life and you will never know real pain 1. V - Vakil 2. V - Vaishya 3. V - Vaidya In this country its almost impossible to stay away from Vakil if you are in biz, involved in auto accident or many other activities in life. You more or less cannot stay away from Vaidya. Most people I know rush to Doctors for almost anything. We can stay away from Vaishyas even if our president cannot. ratan
