Sorry if someone has responded to this, but I was just surf'n around and read your post. I live in Tucson, right down the street from Pierce's address. Yes, it is considered a "high rent" area. I will drive by and check it out. I actually did his office lease about 10 years ago. He is not very well known here (at least the people I have talked to). I think he has a brother, Mike Pierce, who is very well known.
