Sandra, thanks for posting the number to listen in on the conference call. I thought the presentation was honest. Briefly:

They stated that the co. is basically a two product concern: set top boxes and servers. They explained why they are adding set top boxes to the mix and how the two products will compliment each other.

CLRT's products do not directly compete with products offered by industry giants, their products have a niche that the market has not yet fully understood the need for.

Their balance sheet is debt free and they have enough money to fund their operation for the next year, thanks to the interest free loan from Dr. Scruggs.

They lowered their personel from 100 to 60 over the last year. Sales staff are expected to be added in the near future.

Announced new relationship with Nortel.

Expect to close on a Hong Kong deal for 186k set top boxes over the next 18 months in the near future.

Van Meter, the CEO will be a keynote speaker at NI Week 98, August 25-27, the largest Asian trade show for this industry.

They continue to receive revenue from the CD-ROM Division while looking for a buyer. They are anticipating selling at a top price and not giving the division away.

The Co. will be featured in an upcoming issue of EE Times.

Set top production is scheduled to begin in the last week in Sept.

That's the highlights as I heard them. I do have some questions. I wonder why they need a public relations firm ? What is Ackermann doing for CLRT ? What sales in roads have they made in the U.S. ?
Will the money from the sale of the CD-ROM Div. go to pay back Dr. Scruggs ?
