Now if the stock was at 10 or so I would have said it would be a bad deal since the stocks on the trend line and precarious. Right now either people would think no matter what it is a good deal to see him go and dont punish the stock or they think the company would be leaderless and punish the stock, how much more can they punish?
Another point or 2 of downside at the worst. But I would think the stock would bounce to around the 10 mark shortly after people hear the news.

If they can actually get a VP of sales from a major company that is doing good as the new ceo the stock would really rock. But the only way leyland will ever quit is if he gets fired. You aint looking at all his stock options and other incentives. The guy thinks he is gods gift to the world.
