Stephan, You know your stuff. Thanks for clearing that up. I had printed your list of questions, as well as Michael's and JP390. When I reached Owen he cut me off on the first attempt to talk to him, then on my second call he gave me some time. But I knew I could not go down your whole list so perhaps you can call him and ask your specific questions. I am finding myself in the middle here, hoping to find great news to spur enthusiasm for this forum and to see my personal investment increase in value, Yet, I am tempered by the reality that this company is on the verge of failure or success. IMO, a failed IPO would be extremely harmful. The lab sales can't carry the company and support over 10 million shares. I understand the positive thinkers also. But even if the IPO is done and at $6.00 there is still the problem with flat sales at Potomac. Or maybe another deal more profitable will come along. BTW, I did not use the word shell. I was surprised to hear the gentlemen from the company call it that. Interesting. Calling it like I see it. Dave
