John,

VLSI broke a short term downtrend line today and I think it will test 14 3/4 to 15. The stock isn't acting all that great but the SOX is very strong and VLSI normally moves with the SOX. If it breaks 15, then I think there's a good shot at 16 to 16 1/2.
