Please help me to understand something - I hope it would be positive - there have been several law suits against companies when their stock price tumbles significantly due to surprises, appearing almost on the same day. (File the suit first, find out the facts later.) With all the opinions out there questioning the management decisions of the CIEN/TLAB merger, I find it interesting that no suits have been filed to date that I am aware of. Do you think this is a signal that there is good news right around the corner, that a suit is not worthy of an attorney "jumping in" looking for shareholders to sign up? Just a thought . . any comments? A shareholder of both CIEN and TLAB
