Is there a reason that you have not invested the same amount of time in a phone call to Mr. Sylver as you have in posting on this thread?
Mr. Icobad is very correct, the estimated short position is 2MM shares. Attempts to obtain shares from the company have been futile. We wait for an important court decision.
In retrospect, it appears being conversational with one who is void of objectivity was an exercise in futility.
