JDR, usually I don't bother responding to you however in this case I will. As I said, NASDAQ listing will happen any day. Edgar lists it and SEC acknowledges it. Nobody wants to buy it on the VSE so they will wait till it hits NASDAQ. ALso, the NASDAQ market makers will want tp accumulate it at low prices sp they can sell it higher. They won't let it run up yet. Time will prove you wrong.
