I found this on the Yahoo Texaco thread. Just got confirmation on a deal Aug 18 1998 11:25AM EDT A friend of mine works at Tx office in Texas (not NY) and said her division down there has been working out a deal with a company called Rentech and has just sent out the final draft to New York for signatures. She is working for the attorney on the deal (A guy named Delomma or something). Should be announced within 2-3 weeeks and she recommended I buy some. Anyone have any additional info on this company??? Thanks in advance.
