It has been less than a week since the Friday cc and Ciena-related disclosure. Hardly enough time to track, review, interview and select representative class plaintiffs. And that says nothing about putting together a complaint and determining such things as the best jurisdiction for a lawsuit, as well as the named defendants in same.

I'm playing the arbitrage and hoping everything goes as planned, but the lapse of but a few days since the Friday cc doesn't mean a thing vis-a-vis whether a class action lawsuit may or may not be filed.
