If Hum has a big company in its sights to purchase I don't believe for one minute that they plan on repurchasing any shares. I think they are trying to stop the bleeding with this announcement. If they don't have a big company in their sights then they will be buying aggressively. So after Wed. we will see how the volume goes. Major Volume then I don't think Hum has a big company in its sight which IMHO doesn't give me much confidence in them since they keep saying -- look out for the big fish they plan on catching. Another possible scenerio is that they could buy back shares and add more financing for the big fish but I would think this would be more expensive for them to do it this way. JMHO Mike
